Check it at least once a year. High blood pressure rarely causes symptoms but raises the risk of stroke and heart disease.
Flu shots are now available
Walk in to our vaccination clinic Monday to Saturday. No appointment needed for adults and children over six months.
Sleep: why seven hours matter
Regular, good-quality sleep supports immunity, mood and heart health. Keep a steady bedtime and limit screens before bed.

Customer Service Representative
Patient Services · Full-time · On site · $18–$22/hr
Answer patient calls, schedule visits and help families with insurance and billing questions. Excellent communication skills required; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
Patient Access Representative
Admissions · Full-time · On site · $18–$23/hr
Register patients, verify insurance and collect copays accurately and kindly. Knowledge of HIPAA and electronic health records (EHR) preferred.
Medical Receptionist
Outpatient Clinic · Part-time · On site · $17–$20/hr
Welcome patients, manage the schedule and support clinic staff with daily administration.
Registered Nurse (RN)
Medical-Surgical Unit · Full-time · 12-hour shifts · $38–$52/hr
Deliver bedside care, administer medication and work closely with physicians. Active state RN license and BLS certification required.
Medical Laboratory Scientist
Diagnostics · Full-time · On site · $34–$46/hr
Process samples, run tests and report results accurately. ASCP certification preferred.
Medical Billing and Coding Specialist
Revenue Cycle · Full-time · Hybrid · $21–$28/hr
Submit claims to insurers, follow up on payments and answer patient billing questions. CPC or CCS certification preferred.
